Different individuals have different ideas of what is fair.
However, some ideas have certain very practical consequences.. Fair means you’re good to those who are good to you and bad to those who are bad to you.

Human nature s fine tuned for gene pool survival.
The way we evolve in the gene pool is that when we’re not at war, we’re in a race.
Peace and freedom means competition. Some people are uncompetitive. So they don’t want to compete. Those people demand slavery.

Many people want to prohibit porn and prostitution. Some do so to protect religions and morality.
We can only wonder. Stealing and robbing are also immoral. Religions also prohibit stealing. Why there are no terrorist that commit suicide bombing to kill thieves, burglars, and robbers.
