Do People Choose Their Dictators

However, you do NOT have to get mad at those robbers. You do not have to retaliate against those robbers. It is a choice not to retaliate. And many do not retaliate. Many are not just.

Many people lash out their outrage not to those who are guilty. Most lash their outrage to anyone that they can get mad at, especially the weak. Because those who are evil are usually strong, people lash out their vengeance to those who are weak, and good.

Now, let’s get back to whether people choose their dictators.

An American company wants to make a movie describing the live of Evita Peron. Madonna will be the star playing as Evita. The event cause an outrage.

So many Argentineans have huge respect for Evita, the corrupt dictator. They are outraged when somebody like Madonna, a porn star, will star as Evita.

So what do we learn about Argentineans? They respect a corrupt dictator to somebody who earns their money consensually and honestly. They respect those who push them around and despise those who give choices. Is it a wonder that they get a dictator? It’s what they want! It’s what they cherished!

Let’s look at the case of Kim Jong Il. Kim, is a dictator in North Korea. He tortured people; he forced the people around through indoctrination. He gains his wealth by manipulating the poor.

Why Kim do that? Because he’s greedy? Yes, but Bill Gates in US is also greedy. Why Bill Gates do not come up with concentration camps, build propaganda system, and eliminate political opponents to get rich?
